Using the platform

Responsibilities
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the sender's and recipient's details and the contents of the shipment. The platform undertakes to exercise reasonable care in carrying out shipping and tracking services, taking into account circumstances beyond its control such as crossing procedures.
Payment and fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to the tariff announced at the time the shipment is created, and may include additional charges based on weight, size, or cash-on-delivery collection services. Amounts due are paid using the methods available on the platform.
Prohibited items
It is prohibited to ship items that are legally banned, hazardous, flammable, or any goods that violate the regulations in force at the crossing points. The platform has the right to refuse or hold any shipment that violates these terms, without any liability.
Limitation of liability
The platform is not liable for any delay or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including the closure of crossings, security decisions, or force majeure. Its liability is limited to the bounds set out in the approved compensation policies.
Termination of service
The platform may suspend or terminate any user's account if they breach these terms, and the user may stop using the service at any time, subject to settling any outstanding financial obligations.
